The Executive Master in Luxury Transformation & Leadership (EMLux) is a 15-month, part-time programme designed to empower professionals in the luxury sector. The programme offers both an online and a blended option, combining online learning with three immersive, face-to-face seminars in iconic luxury hubs.
The curriculum is structured around three core pillars: Management, Innovative Technology, and Responsible Leadership, preparing participants to navigate the evolving luxury landscape while driving sustainable growth. The flexible format of both the online and blended options allows participants to continue their careers while studying, ensuring the immediate application of knowledge in the workplace.

Designed for international professionals, the Executive Master in Luxury Transformation & Leadership (EMLux) offers a choice between online and blended learning.
Blended
Participants will study online via live and asynchronous sessions and attend three one-week immersive international seminars in London, Dubai, and Paris.
Online
The The flexibility offered by this option allows participants to study 100% online, wherever they are in the world, through live and asynchronous sessions. Participants can upgrade to blended learning by joining the three immersive international seminars in London, Dubai, and Paris.
Our online and blended learning options provide hands-on learning opportunities using state-of-the-art tools, alongside engagement with faculty and industry leaders from various sectors and areas of expertise within the luxury industry.

Tuition fees for the programme are set for the 2025 intake. A non-refundable application fee of €250 applies to all applicants. Please note that tuition fees are subject to change as of 1st August each year.
