The Executive Master in Luxury Transformation & Leadership (EMLux) is a 15-month, part-time programme designed to empower professionals in the luxury sector. The programme offers both an online and a blended option, combining online learning with three immersive, face-to-face seminars in iconic luxury hubs.
The curriculum is structured around three core pillars: Management, Innovative Technology, and Responsible Leadership, preparing participants to navigate the evolving luxury landscape while driving sustainable growth. The flexible format of both the online and blended options allows participants to continue their careers while studying, ensuring the immediate application of knowledge in the workplace.

THE CONSULTANCY PROJECT

The integrated Consultancy Project is a key component of the programme, designed to provide participants with a collaborative, multi-disciplinary learning experience. It is an 8-10 months team project that will allow EMFE participants the opportunity to perform an analysis of real-life problems and opportunities and produce a series of solutions which can be implemented to meet the strategic challenge at hand. Additionally, it will provide an opportunity to consolidate their understanding of the concepts and tools presented during the programme. The CP will start about 3 months into the programme.
